WHAT? A series of days to celebrate community-based work in cities across the country. The days will be organized by volunteers in specific cities and unique in regards to the particular programs and activities offered in each city. These activities may include: tours, presentations, sharing best practices/worst mistakes, design charrettes, service projects, etc. – documented through photos/videos with the hashtag (sharing the collective impact and outreach of those doing this work across the country).

WHEN? Our second annual event will be held over two days - Friday, August 25 and Saturday, August 26, 2017

WHO? Design Centers, Community Designers, past present and future clients, and interested community members (open for all interested parties). 

WHERE? Cities across the country

WHY? To promote and share community-based work in our cities.
