Hello everyone,
Tomorrow, September 5th, is the last day to reserve a room at our negotiated group rate in the hotel which is most convenient to the conference site. After we have to give up the remainder of this block of rooms, the remaining hotels will be either more expensive or further away. Please be sure to reserve your room today. You can find all the information you need to reserve a room, register for the conference, and make travel plans here.
If you don't already have someone to share the room with, we have a site to help you find both room and ride shares here. Sharing rooms and rides will help cut down on the cost of attending the conference - both to you and to the environment.
The conference planning is coming to a close, and we have a great roster of speakers and topics. We hope you can join us for what promises to be an inspiring and promising few days.
