| Special Announcements for October 15, 2007 ACD Announcements Conferences ACD Announcements ACD Organization Directory Update As some of you may have noticed, our organization directory was hit by a severe spam attack over the past week. We're pleased to announce that we've worked with our web designer to improve security on our forms and clean up the spam entries. While we took great care during the clean-up process, it is possible that some legitimate entries may have been removed from the directory. If you are an organization listed in the directory, please visit www.communitydesign.org/directory.htm to make sure that your listing is still available and accurate. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you are affiliated with a community design related organization that is not yet listed in our directory, now is a great time to submit your information! The directory lets visitors to the ACD site know about the range of community design organizations that exist across the country and helps them get connected with organizations in their local area. It also helps ACD track the various community design centers and other organizations that are a part of our national network. Let visitors connect with you! Add your organization's listing today at www.communitydesign.org/Directory/Add_Organization.htm. > back to top < Conferences 2nd Community Design Symposium at Build Boston 2007 On Thursday, November 15th, the Community Design Resource Center of Boston will welcome local and national practitioners and community members to Community Design in Practice, a full-day of education and training on community participation techniques, in partnership with host the Boston Society of Architects and co-sponsors the Association for Community Design; Public Architecture; and the Social/Economic/Environmental Design (SEED) Network.
