WHAT? Two days to celebrate community-based work across the country. Volunteer coordinated events will offer programs and activities unique to each community. These activities may include: tours, presentations, sharing best practices/lessons learned, design charrettes, service projects, etc. – documented through photos/videos with the hashtag (sharing the collective impact and outreach of those doing this work across the country).
WHEN? Our third annual event will be held over two days - Friday, August 25 and Saturday, August 26, 2017
WHO? Design Centers, Community Designers, past present and future clients, community volunteers, and interested community members may all participate in an effort to promote and share community-based work.
